Joe has been in the surfacing industry for 22 years. Starting his life on the asphalt as a general labourer, Joe continued to learn the various job roles involved that make a surfacing crew. In 2017 Joe joined the office team as the Operations Manager and from here was part of the group that acquired Coatstone Surfacing in 2023.
Joe is a husband and father of two daughters. His hobbies mainly circulate around making trips to Glasgow to watch his beloved team, Celtic. He also enjoys spending time with his family, preforming arts and cooking BBQ.
